• Order is cancelled before dispatch.
• Product is unavailable after order confirmation.
• A return request is approved after inspection.
• A damaged, defective, or incorrect product is delivered and replacement is not available.
• Duplicate payment is made for the same order.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Customized or made-to-order furniture products.
• Cancellation requests made after the order has been dispatched.
• Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or negligence by the customer.
• Minor variations in color, texture, polish, wood grain, or finish.
• Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
• Products showing signs of use after delivery.
• Incorrect product selection made by the customer at the time of ordering.

3. Order Cancellation Refunds

Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Upon approval, the full order amount will be refunded.

After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched and are not eligible for refund unless covered under our Return Policy.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photographs and videos of the product and packaging must be provided.
• Our team will review the request before approving any refund or replacement.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.
• Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

6. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

In case of a failed transaction where the amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed:

• The amount is generally reversed automatically by the bank or payment gateway.
• If the amount is not reversed within 5–7 business days, customers may contact our support team for assistance.

7. Right to Refuse Refund

RBN Furniture reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with this Refund Policy or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
